The state of trade surveys among businesses consist of asking managers about the current state of their activities and about their short-term forecasts.
The results of these surveys provide very interesting information for forecasting the evolution of certain parameters, such as the production level, sales, investments and employment. This indicator makes a valuable contribution to the analysis of the Brussels economic cycle.
The March 2018 results have just been posted on our website. The survey results since January 2009 are also available.
