Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (2.9 km2, 2 % of the regional territory) is a municipality located in the north-west of the Brussels-Capital Region.

It is bordered by Dilbeek and Asse (Flemish Region) to the west, by Ganshoren to the north-east, by Koekelberg to the east and by Molenbeek-Saint-Jean to the south.

Two major transit roads run though the municipality: chaussée de Gand and avenue Charles-Quint.
