What percentage of the working population in the Region has a diploma of higher education?

Answer: 56%

In 2017, 56% of the working population, i.e. 250,000 people, had a diploma of higher education.

Generally speaking, there are more men than women in the working population, but the difference was smallest in the category of the more highly educated: 128,200 men as opposed to 121,800 women.

In the Flemish Region, 46% of the working population had a diploma of higher education, in Wallonia 45%.
